Positive mindset is the foundation of reaching your destiny at full potential.

Maintaining a positive mindset strengthens your discernment repelling the darkness in spirit and in physical form.

A negative mindset can prevent you from reaching your full potential. It weakens your spirit, which then acts like a magnet, drawing similar negative situations and energies into your life. These forces can impede your progress and may become lasting barriers. Research indicate that such a state prompts your body to produce stress hormones, disrupting your internal balance and reducing levels of 'feel-good' neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin.

POSITIVE MINDSET

- leads to resilience- able to bounce back

- body recovers quickly from colds and flu, etc..

- boosts immune system

- increases serotonin, dopamine- the happy chemicals

- able to forgive more easily which improves cardiovascular health and is linked to longer life span

NEGATIVE MINDSET

- depletes the immune system- lowers your defense against flu, colds and other viral infections

- can lead to cardiovascular problems

- can cause digestive disturbances

- can deplete the nervous system

WAYS TO KEEP A POSITIVE MINDSET

- practice gratitude

- practice forgiveness

- do charitable work

- volunteer for a good cause

- engage in prayer

- eat nutrient dense foods that supply your body with building blocks

for happy neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin

- enhances glutamate that increases neural activity in the brain making your more sharper

- practice compassion and empathy

- do something that you are passionate about= activates joy and a sense of purpose

KEEP CALM AND BE POSITIVE!
